Bagel Lady Cafe at 99 New York 25A #18, Shoreham, New York.

On several occasions to this bagel store there is no counter person ready or on the register for quick pay for an easy dozen bagel order..
I ordered ahead of time over the phone they asked for my phone number, my name in my order... getting there 10 to 15 minutes later my order is not ready. I am the only one in the store because it's incredibly early, no reason for the delay. Waiting an extra 10m for my called in food (egg sandwich and home fries).
On top of all that.. the portions are small and thin. Home fries small is actually a diet kids size.
Only positive.. food is 7/10.
But the service is appalling 3/10.
1 star is for the continuous failings.
